All our staff are involved in the pastoral care of all the children, and in addition to this each phase of the school has a co-ordinator with an overview of the children within those year groups.
We expect high standards of behaviour from our pupils. We listen to children, respect them and treat them fairly. We aim to maintain a happy and safe school where adults and children feel valued and secure. We emphasise the positive aspects of behaviour and reward these with high praise and systems designed by the pupils themselves such as 'The Golden Certificate'.
We have a strong anti-bullying policy and are opposed to any form of injustice including racist or sexist behaviour.
